Luggage room:

You arrive before 2pm? No problem - you can store your luggage at the reception and pick it up anytime. You can also use this free service when you leave.

Internet/Hotspot:

All our guests are free to use it as much as they like as long as no queue is lining up behind you?
If you brought your own notebook with you, get connected via free WI-FI.

Telephone:

There is a pay phone on the ground floor.

Drinks:

When thirst’s coming over you, our vending machine on the ground floor will be happy to serve you non- alcoholic drinks or grab a coffee, tea, cappuccino or hot chocolate directly at / from the reception.

Ticket service:

Absolutely free of charge no matter whether you are interested in theatre, museum, Berlin city tour or domestic bus tour tickets, we can get them for you.

Common room / lounge:

Our TV room is used as the breakfast room until 10am. After 1pm, it is all yours.
Our Hotspot users and groups like to catch up here.
The “Cave” is in the basement and equipped with all sorts of games and music stereo. So make sure to bring your own music and dancing shoes and get that private party started.

Breakfast:

Whether you’re extremely hungry or only a bit, our breakfast fairies and our delicious buffet await you in the mornings from 6am – 10am during the week and 7am – 10am at the weekend/public holiday.

You have the choice between our

Rich buffet (EUR 7,00 per person/day)

Small breakfast plate (1 sandwich roll with 1 cup of coffee or tea (EUR 3,50 per person/day)

Lunch packet for take away (EUR 5,00 per person/day)

Kitchen:

There’s a backpacker kitchen on the first floor. For a small charge you can borrow the key at the reception. Please keep the kitchen clean so that you and other guests feel comfortable.

Laundry room:

Damn, I got stains all over my clothes! Our washing machine and dryer are the ones to get that job done and your stuff shiny and nice again. You get the key and washing powder from reception for a small fee.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms (not even with windows open), on the floors and stairs and in the common areas. We ask you to take care of other guests and only smoke in the yard or in front of the door.

Payment:
You can easily pay by debit card, VISA or EUROCARD. Of course, we also accept cash.

Bed linen / Towels:

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A cleaning of the room takes place only if you stay longer than 5 days.
